3. Intellectual Property & Exam Board Disclaimer
All question content on this platform has been independently created for educational revision purposes. We Work as a Team is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any UK exam board (including AQA, Edexcel, OCR, or WJEC) in any way.
Our questions are original compositions written to align with the UK GCSE specifications published by the Department for Education and Ofqual. They are not reproductions of any exam board's past papers, mark schemes, or official materials. All exam-board names referenced are trademarks of their respective owners.
All website content, design, code, and original question text is owned by We Work as a Team and may not be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without express written permission.
4. Educational Use Only
This service is provided solely for personal, non-commercial educational use. You may not:
- Copy or redistribute question content for commercial purposes
- Use the platform in any way that violates applicable laws
- Attempt to access, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the platform's code or infrastructure
- Share access credentials with unauthorised users
5. Children's Use
This platform is designed for students aged 14–16 (GCSE year groups). Children under the age of 13 should only use this service with the direct supervision of a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.

6. Access Codes
Access to the platform is controlled by a shared access code. You must keep this code confidential and only share it with authorised users (e.g. within a family or school group). We reserve the right to change or revoke access codes at any time.

Paid subscriptions are processed securely by Stripe. Student plan: £3.99/month per person. School plan: £49/month. All prices shown are the total price — REDFROGBLACK LIMITED (Co. 16557982) is not VAT registered, so no VAT is charged. You may cancel any subscription at any time. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase in accordance with UK consumer law. Contact kzitov@hotmail.com for billing queries.
7. No Account Required
This platform does not currently require account registration. Quiz progress and scores are stored in your browser's temporary session memory only and are not transmitted to or stored on our servers. Progress will be lost when you close your browser.
8. Accuracy of Content
While we strive to ensure all question content is accurate and aligned with current GCSE specifications, we cannot guarantee that all content is error-free. Content should be used as a revision aid alongside official study materials. We recommend students also consult their official exam-board resources and their teachers.
9. Limitation of Liability
We Work as a Team is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We are not liable for:
- Any exam results or academic outcomes
- Loss of progress data
- Temporary or permanent unavailability of the service
